Touchpoint Valuation ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Touchpoint Valuation platform accessible at touchpointvaluation.com ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the Service.
This policy applies to: (a) visitors to our website; (b) licensed real estate professionals who register for an account ("Agents"); (c) homeowners and prospective sellers whose property information an Agent enters in order to receive valuation updates; and (d) real estate professionals we contact about the Service in a business capacity.
The Service is designed and marketed for real estate professionals in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect business contact information about real estate professionals from publicly accessible professional directories, brokerage rosters, and reputable third-party commercial data providers. This may include name, business email address, business phone number, job title, and brokerage affiliation. We use this information solely to contact real estate professionals about the Service in their professional capacity. This information is never sold, and you may opt out or request deletion at any time as described in Section 8.
Touchpoint Valuation allows agents to connect their Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account to send automated home valuation emails directly from their own email address.

We store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens securely in our database solely to maintain your email sending connection. These tokens are encrypted and never shared with third parties.

We do not use your Gmail or Outlook connection for any purpose other than sending the valuation emails you have configured in Touchpoint Valuation. Revoking access stops all future automated emails from sending until you reconnect your email account.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security so that each Agent can only access their own data, no Agent can view another Agent's client information.
Data is stored and processed in the United States. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information and client data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@touchpointvaluation.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records such as tax and billing history. Where a person asks us never to contact them again, we retain the minimum record necessary to honour that request.
Regardless of where you live, you may exercise the following rights at any time by emailing info@touchpointvaluation.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Every valuation email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing immediately stops all future valuation emails for that property. You may also reply to the Agent directly or contact us at info@touchpointvaluation.com.
You may opt out of all future business communications by replying to any message with a request to stop, using the unsubscribe link in the message, or emailing info@touchpointvaluation.com. We will add you to our permanent do-not-contact record and honour the request promptly, and in all cases within 10 business days.
You may manage your communication preferences in your account settings, or close your account and request deletion at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or a copy of that information, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We therefore do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism, because there is nothing to opt out of. Should this ever change, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out before doing so.
Identifiers (name, email, phone), professional and employment information (brokerage, title, license), commercial information (subscription and billing records), internet activity information (log and usage data), and property information provided by Agents. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
Submit a request to info@touchpointvaluation.com. We will verify your identity using information already in our records and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
All commercial email we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically:
Valuation emails are sent from an Agent's own connected Gmail or Outlook address to recipients the Agent has added. The Agent is the sender of record and is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those recipients. Touchpoint Valuation provides the unsubscribe mechanism on every such email and processes unsubscribes on the Agent's behalf.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not permit third parties to track you across other websites through our Service.
Required for the Service to function. These keep you signed in, protect your session against forgery, and support secure payment and fraud prevention through Stripe. The Service cannot operate without them.
Remember choices you make inside the platform, such as whether your dashboard navigation is expanded or collapsed. These improve usability and carry no marketing purpose.
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page performance, and which marketing campaigns bring visitors to us. This includes reading campaign parameters contained in the link you used to arrive. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service and is not used to build advertising profiles or to target you on other websites.
Emails sent through the Service may include links that pass through our servers so we can count clicks and report engagement to the Agent. We record whether a link was clicked and when. We do not use this to track you across unrelated websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the Service.
Agents are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their clients before entering client information into the Service and before sending automated valuation emails. Agents represent and warrant that they have the right to provide client contact information to us for the purpose of delivering the Service. For the personal information Agents upload, the Agent is the controller of that data and Touchpoint Valuation acts as a processor on their instructions.
The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
The Service is intended for real estate professionals and property owners in the United States, and our data is stored and processed in the United States. We do not market the Service to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws set out in the Governing Law section of our Terms of Service.
Where we contact a real estate professional about the Service using business contact information, we rely on our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication with professionals in the industry we serve. We limit such contact to professional contact details, we identify ourselves clearly, we provide an opt-out in every message, and we permanently stop contacting anyone who asks us to.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
