We retain your account information and client data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@touchpointvaluation.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

Agents are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their clients before entering client information into the Service and before sending automated valuation emails. Agents represent that they have the right to provide client contact information to us for the purpose of delivering the Service.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.
The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
