Straight answers about the product
Emails from your own inbox
Why should valuation emails come from my own email address?
Because people open and reply to email from someone they know. Sending through your own connected Google or Microsoft mailbox means the homeowner sees your name and address, the message reads like normal correspondence instead of a bulk campaign, and every reply lands in your own inbox.
Will automated emails sent from my Gmail land in spam?
Touchpoint Valuation sends through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account using Google's secure sign-in (OAuth), not a shared bulk server, and each message is addressed to one homeowner. Sending to people who know you, with a clear unsubscribe link, is the strongest thing you can do for inbox placement. No sender can guarantee it, but this is how personal email is designed to work.
Does Touchpoint Valuation work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?
Yes. You can connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook account with Microsoft's secure sign-in, and emails send from that mailbox the same way they do for Google accounts.
My brokerage uses Google Workspace. Do I need admin approval to connect?
Sometimes. If your brokerage's Google Workspace restricts third-party apps, your administrator may need to allow Touchpoint Valuation once. Contact us and we will send instructions you can forward to them, or you can connect a different account you manage.
What happens when a homeowner replies to a valuation email?
It goes straight to your own inbox, on your phone and desktop, like any other email. There is no separate dashboard to check and no delay.
Can I brand the emails with my own colors?
Yes. Add your logo, headshot, title and brokerage details, and set your primary and secondary brand colors. Every email and report uses your branding.
Does Touchpoint Valuation's name appear in emails my contacts receive?
The email is branded to you and sent from your address. A small footer line near the unsubscribe link notes that updates are sent through Touchpoint Valuation, which keeps the email transparent and compliant.
Are automated home value emails CAN-SPAM compliant?
Touchpoint Valuation is built to support CAN-SPAM compliance: each email identifies you as the sender, includes your physical mailing address, uses a non-deceptive subject line, and has a working one-click unsubscribe that is honored automatically. You are still responsible for emailing people you have a relationship with.
How do unsubscribes work?
When a homeowner clicks unsubscribe, that contact is marked as unsubscribed and all future scheduled emails to them stop automatically. You do not need to do anything.
Data and accuracy
Where does Touchpoint Valuation's market data come from?
Estimates are built from public housing index data, including the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index, applied to the home's purchase price and purchase date. Index data is refreshed regularly as new releases come out.
Are Touchpoint Valuation's home values AI-generated?
No. Touchpoint Valuation does not use generative AI to produce home values. Estimates come from a rules-based calculation that applies published housing index changes to the home's recorded purchase price and date, so the same inputs always give the same result.
How accurate are automated home value estimates?
Any automated estimate is a starting point, not an appraisal. Touchpoint Valuation shows an Estimated Market Value Range based on market movement since purchase. It cannot see interior condition, upgrades or lot details, which is exactly why it opens a conversation with you.
Does Touchpoint Valuation work in non-disclosure states like Texas?
Yes. In non-disclosure states such as Texas and Utah, sale prices are not public, so you add the purchase price and date yourself, for example from your own records or the MLS. Estimates work the same way once those details are in.
Can Touchpoint Valuation value homes bought decades ago?
Yes. For older purchases, Touchpoint Valuation uses longer-running public index history to estimate how values changed since the purchase date. For very old purchases you can also adjust the starting value manually.
Setup and pricing
Do I need to replace my CRM to use Touchpoint Valuation?
No. Touchpoint Valuation focuses on one job, keeping homeowners engaged with their home value, and runs alongside whatever CRM you already use, such as Follow Up Boss, Lofty or kvCORE. Import your contacts from a CSV export.
How long does setup take?
Most agents finish setup in about 20 minutes: add your profile and branding, connect your Google or Microsoft email, then import or add your contacts.
How do I import my contacts?
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet and match your columns in the import screen, or add contacts one at a time. A single contact can have more than one property, which is useful for investors.
What information do I need for each homeowner?
To add a contact you need a name and an email address. To send a home value estimate you also need the property address, property type (Single Family, Condo or Townhouse), purchase date and purchase price.
Can homeowners sign up for valuations themselves?
Yes. You get a personal signup link you can share by text, email or social media. Homeowners enter their own property details and start receiving updates from you.
Can I choose how often emails go out?
Yes. Set each contact to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual updates, so active prospects and long-time past clients can each get the right cadence.
How much does Touchpoint Valuation cost?
There are plans for individual agents and custom options for brokerages. See current plans and prices on the pricing page at /pricing. Every plan starts with a free trial.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
